The OneCard is the official identification at SVCC and your key to campus life. Students must be enrolled in classes to obtain a OneCard from the Library on either of the main campuses. It is a non-transferable ID card, and only the cardholder may present the card for access and other privileges. Use your OneCard to:

  • Attend events on campus

  • Check out books from the library

  • Print in the open labs and library

Summary of Fees

  • Initial Card - No charge

  • Replacement (Lost/Stolen) - $15.00

  • Replacement (Damaged, with exchange of damaged ID) - $10.00

  • Change of Photo/Name (with exchange of old ID) – No Charge

  • Fees subject to change without notice

Using Your Student ID Card

Southside Virginia Community College is using a print management system for printing to college printers. You will need to utilize your student ID cards for printing on printers in the following locations:

  • Christanna Campus Library

  • Daniel Campus Comprehensive Learning Center (Lab 52)

  • Daniel Campus Library

  • South Hill Center Cyber Cafe

  • Chase City Center Open Lab

  • Emporia Center Resource Lab
